Overview:
The role is with one of our start-up clients that is emerging from stealth mode. Team members are from companies like Databricks, LinkedIn, and Moveworks. They came together to build an AI platform from the ground up.

Role Type:

• The Solution Engineer role is available as both contract-to-hire and full-time options, providing flexibility for candidates.
• This role requires 3-4 times a week in the office.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to understand client business objectives and technical requirements.
• Craft tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of the company's products and services to clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical guidance sessions to showcase capabilities.
• Stay abreast of market trends and client needs to continuously enhance solutions and drive greater value.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, empowering clients to leverage AI effectively in their businesses.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering role, preferably in AI or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, with the ability to communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving requirements.
