Overview:  

We are looking for a talented and experienced Software Backend Engineer.  As a Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing the robust backend infrastructure that powers our AI platform. 

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems to support the AI platform for building custom AI agents.
• Leverage Large Language Models (LLM) for enhancing the intelligence and capabilities of our AI agents.
• Apply enterprise B2B experience to design backend systems that meet the unique requirements of our business users and customers.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members to maintain high code quality and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in backend development to continuously enhance our platform.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend engineering.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, and experience with backend frameworks/libraries (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring Boot).
• In-depth understanding of distributed systems, database design, and data modeling concepts.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience with API development and integration.
• Experience designing backend systems for enterprise B2B solutions, understanding the complexities and scalability requirements.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) for natural language processing and understanding.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on AI/ML projects or familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing paradigms.
• Previous experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities/events.
